| Vitamin C is a very fragile thing and tends to degrade very rapidly in the presence of light or heat. The fresher your food is the more Vitamin C it will contain, even raw meat contains sources of Vitamin C and it is one of the reasons that people in cold climates avoid getting scurvy * Inuits eat raw seal meat among other things* Pasteurization totally destroys Vitamin C so just about any fruit juice that has been pasteurized has had synthetic vitamin C added to it before bottling.

| The worlds lowest street legal car is only nineteen inches high and is called the flatmobile. I saw it yesterday and it is brilliant - does great time on the track too (this may not be nerdy or interesting, but I wanted to share it anyway lol)  Before you ask, yes that is a dining table next to it. That dining table did 89 mph on the track - was a sight to see haha _________________  |
