Seems like DDO is catering more for the casual players, which isn't necessarily a bad thing as it means that PuGs in general might be filled with better equipped toons. It also means that more active players have a chance of getting their gear/lootz more quickly without the boredom of farming, especially if they are well-enough equipped to do quests on harder settings.

Shroud blades hitting harder? Having high HP will become even more essential
